Single estate means that the olives used to produce Euthis come from one estate rather than being blended from multiple unrelated sources. This allows for greater consistency, traceability and control over quality.

Yes. Euthis naturally contains a high concentration of polyphenols, which are antioxidant compounds naturally found in high quality extra virgin olive oil. The exact concentration may vary between harvests.

Euthis has a smooth and balanced flavour with fresh green, grassy and herbal notes, followed by a distinctive peppery finish.

Yes. Euthis is suitable for everyday cooking as well as finishing dishes. It can be used for roasting, sautéing, dressings, marinades, dipping or simply drizzled over finished food.

Euthis is made exclusively from Koroneiki olives, one of Greece’s most highly regarded olive varieties, known for producing aromatic extra virgin olive oil naturally rich in polyphenols.

Euthis comes from a single estate in the Messara region of southern Crete, an area with a centuries-old tradition of olive cultivation and ideal Mediterranean growing conditions.
